ISO 9001:2008 is a set of quality management standards. With a final audit passed in June 2010, all of SMS’ processes meet this “gold standard” quality framework, ensuring our procedures are standard, transparent and allow for further, continual evaluation and improvement.

TL 9000 Certified

Built upon ISO 9001, TL 9000 is a quality certification that is specific to the communications industry. TL 9000 defines unique communications quality system requirements for design, development, production, delivery and service. It also specifies measurements for companies to evaluate the effectiveness of quality implementation and improvement programs

The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council is the largest third-party certifier of women-owned, controlled and operated businesses in the United States. The WBENC is dedicated to advancing the success of women-owned business. SMS is a woman- and minority-owned company.

National Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc.

The NMSDC is a national organization that certifies minority-owned business and provides minority business with business development opportunities. Since 1972, the organization’s goal has been to provide a link between minority business and the rest of corporate America.
